The warranty will be handled by Donper USA. The warranty is 3 year non-wearable parts only. Wearable parts such as blades and O-rings are not covered under warranty.
A 1 year labor warranty is available to purchase for $650 extra. Of Course, since this is a new machine, it is guaranteed to work perfectly within 14 days upon arrival.

INSTALLATION:
This unit is single phase electrical and requires a dedicated electrical connection of 230V/60HZ/20Amps and comes with 1 cord but no plug, plug will ship separately. Plug type is NEMA L6-30P. This unit must be hard wired by a qualified electrician, have electrician contact us prior to installation. installation costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in this offer.
